My name is Declan. When I draw, I like to draw animals. For My oil painting, I painted my dog, Gretzky. He's a labrador retriever.I made this gif in Gimp. Gimp is a program that you can use to edit pictures.

In this picture, I am sawing wood to make the frame for my canvas. We had to make our own canvas before we could even start painting.

At this point I'm done with the dog, and I just have to finish up the ground and the sky.

My painting's almost complete!
